Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
No. Metra is entirely hosted. You paste one iframe snippet on your website and it works — on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or any custom site.
How do I embed the visualizer on my site?
After signing up, you'll get a single line of iframe code to paste into any page. The visualizer loads from our servers and works immediately — no plugins, no dependencies.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes — Starter and Pro plans both start with a 14-day free trial. Stripe collects a card during signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends unless you keep the subscription active.
Renders & usage
What counts as a render?
A render is one AI-generated visualization — when a customer picks a flooring product and clicks 'Generate'. Uploading a room photo or browsing products does not count.
What happens if I hit my render limit?
Renders are paused until the next billing cycle resets your count. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more renders immediately.
What AI model powers the visualizations?
Metra uses a proprietary AI image generation pipeline to produce photorealistic renders of flooring products placed in customer-uploaded room photos.
How accurate are the renders?
Results are best with bright, well-lit photos where the floor is clearly visible. The AI handles perspective and lighting automatically, though very dark or blurry photos may produce less accurate results.
Branding & customization
Can I white-label it for my brand?
Yes. Every plan lets you set your company logo and brand colors. The visualizer your customers see will match your website — they'll never see the Metra name.
Can I add my own product catalog?
Yes. You upload your flooring products (photos, names, SKUs, and details) through the admin dashboard. Customers then browse and visualize your specific products.
Leads & integrations
How do leads get delivered?
Leads appear in your Metra dashboard and can be forwarded to any email address. Pro and Enterprise plans also support CRM webhooks so leads flow directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, or any system.
Can customers share their previews?
Yes. After generating a render, customers can create a shareable link to send to friends, family, or their contractor. Shared previews include the before/after comparison and product details.
Billing & plans
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are available with 2 months free — contact us to set that up. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise plans include unlimited renders, unlimited brands, custom white-label, CRM integrations, a dedicated account manager, and an SLA with uptime guarantees. Pricing is custom — contact us.
