What counts as a render?
A render is one AI-generated visualization - when a customer picks a flooring product and clicks 'Generate'. Uploading a room photo or browsing products does not count.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Metra is entirely hosted. You paste one iframe snippet on your website and it works - on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or any custom site.
Can I white-label it for my brand?
Yes. Every paid plan lets you set your company logo and brand colors. The visualizer your customers see will match your website, not ours.
How do leads get delivered?
Leads appear in your Metra dashboard and can be forwarded to any email address. Pro and Enterprise plans also support CRM webhooks so leads flow directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, or any system.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - Starter, Growth, and Pro plans all start with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan does not require a card. Paid plans collect a card during signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends unless you keep the subscription active.
What AI model powers the visualizations?
Metra uses a proprietary AI image generation pipeline to produce photorealistic renders of flooring products placed in customer-uploaded room photos.
